Stephanie Toth is an associate attorney at Weaver Johnston & Nelson, PLLC. She advises clients on a broad range of regulatory, compliance, transactional, and corporate matters, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and state fraud and abuse laws. Stephanie’s experience also includes assisting with health care transactions and drafting a wide variety of contracts and agreements. Stephanie previously worked in-house at a clinical research company where she handled life science and intellectual property matters.
During law school, Stephanie served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Eileen O’Neill Burke and worked as a law clerk at a global law firm in the health law department. Additionally, Stephanie was an extern for in-house counsel at a global medical device company and interned at a Chicago-based rehabilitation hospital.
