Paul Wehrmann
Paul Wehrmann concentrates his practice on corporate, securities, and transactional law. Paul has 30 years of experience representing a diverse range of clients in connection with debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate and business transactions, contracts, and issues. He has handled transactions with values up to $1,000,000,000 and also has experience acting as on-site, in-house counsel with two NYSE companies. Prior to joining the firm, Paul worked in various offices of two large international Texas-based law firms, as well as with two small firms and as a solo practitioner.
